During the renovation of the 1st and 2nd floors of Building 127, H&W Mechanical facilitated the select demolition of existing services and furnished the installation of new mechanical systems. The new mechanical systems include four-pipe fan coil units and variable volume boxes with hot water reheat coils along with all the associated piping. All new hot water tie-ins were made utilizing wet-taps.  The allowed for the rest of the facility to remain in operation without interruption while all work was in progress.
