Robert Johnson established H&W Mechanical Services in 2016 and currently serves as President and Chief Operations Officer.
Robert brings over 34 years of knowledge and experience of the construction industry to H&W. He began his career in Local Union 420 and worked his way up through the ranks in various companies, to his current role. His comprehensive experience and extensive knowledge of the industry allows him to provide a variety of mechanical solutions for his diverse clientele.
Robert is responsible for managing, ensuring, and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of his construction operations team, while providing his clients with best in class project delivery and total customer satisfaction. Robert’s passion for his company and strong leadership is key to delivering first class projects.
His experience encompasses markets such as health care, educational institutions, commercial, retail, multi-family residential, and government.

PETE ROME
Pre Construction Manager
Peter Rome joined H&W Mechanical Services in 2019 and currently serves as Pre Construction Manager.
Peter started his career over 28 years ago as an apprentice in Local Union 420 and currently holds a book as a Journeyman Steamfitter. He attended Temple University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering Degree. Prior to joining H&W Mechanical, Peter spent 24 years at Limbach Company as their Estimating Manager.
Peter is responsible for evaluating project opportunities, estimating, and procuring work, as well as assist in the project management role. He works closely with operations in order to ensure projects are finished on time and within budget.
His experience encompasses markets such as health care, educational institutions, commercial, retail, multi-family residential, and government.
Peter’s strong work ethic and commitment to excellence is fundamental to delivering first class projects.
