H&W Mechanical Services, founded in 2016 by Robert C. Johnson, is a leading provider of mechanical solutions with extensive expertise across healthcare, education, commercial, retail, multi-family residential, and government sectors. Robert C. Johnson, the President and CEO, brings over 34 years of experience in the construction industry, having advanced from Local Union 420 to his current leadership role. His focus is on enhancing performance, productivity, and project delivery to ensure exceptional results and total customer satisfaction.

Joining the team in 2019, Peter Rome serves as the Pre-Construction Manager. With a career spanning over 28 years, Peter began as an apprentice in Local Union 420 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Temple University. His previous role as Estimating Manager at Limbach Company complements his responsibilities at H&W, where he oversees project evaluation, estimating, procurement, and supports project management to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution.
