Our projects

We are committed to excellence in mechanical construction. Below are some of our completed projects demonstrating our dedication. 

Project: Harvest Dispensaries

Scope: Installation of Mechanical and Plumbing Systems 

Services provided:​​

H&W Mechanical Services has performed a complete renovation of several existing facilities which included all new mechanical and plumbing systems. The new mechanical systems included gas-fired roof top units and VRV Systems with associated ductwork, insulation, Testing and balancing, and temperature controls. H&W Mechanical Services has partnered with ECSI and Harvest to fit-out eight new dispensaries to date in King of Prussia, Whitehall Township, York, Pittsburgh, Broad Street (Philadelphia), Arch Street (Philadelphia), Bethlehem, and Coatesville.

Project: Logos Academy

Scope: Installation of Mechanical and Plumbing Systems ​​

Services provided:

H&W Mechanical facilitated the complete renovation of existing mechanical and plumbing services within this charter school. The existing services were removed and the furnish and installation of all new mechanical systems was performed. Mechanical equipment included new Trane roof top units, along with electric variable volume boxes, and miscellaneous electric terminal units. We provided all new ductwork, insulation, and a brand new automatic control system. Plumbing services included all new underground piping for new bathroom locations, a new domestic hot water system, and new plumbing fixtures.

Project: Lockheed Martin

Scope: Installation of Mechanical Systems ​​

 

Services provided:

H&W Mechanical facilitated the complete renovation of existing mechanical and plumbing services within this charter school. The existing services were removed and the furnish and installation of all new mechanical systems was performed. Mechanical equipment included new Trane roof top units, along with electric variable volume boxes, and miscellaneous electric terminal units. Project: Penn Medicine Mount Laurel

Scope: Installation of Mechanical Systems

Services provided:

H&W Mechanical performed a complete demolition and renovation of an existing 19,000 square foot facility in Mt. Laurel, NJ. New mechanical equipment consisted of high tonnage Daiken split systems, Daiken roof top unit, electric duct coils. and several intake roof ventilators. We provided all new associated ductwork, insulation, and a new automatic control system by Delta Connects.

Project: Penn Medicine Sewell Cancer Center

Scope: Installation of Mechanical Systems

Services provided:

H&W Mechanical organized the select demolition and renovation of an existing mechanical systems in an existing Virtua Healthcare Facility. New mechanical equipment consisted of one fully custom roof top unit designed specifically for the new Oncology Pharmacy. Supplemental pharmacy equipment included new stainless steel fan filter units along with new constant volume boxes. The new pharmacy contained two brand new Pharmacy hoods which were exhausted by two new roof top fans with variable frequency drives. Additional constant volume boxes were installed in existing ductwork that were connected to existing roof top units to re-serve the existing first floor spaces. We provided all new associated ductwork, insulation, and a new automatic control system by Delta Connects.

Project: Smith School Apartments

Scope: Installation of Mechanical Systems

Services provided:

H&W Mechanical performed a complete conversion of an existing four story elementary school into a 76-unit apartment complex in Philadelphia. The mechanical system consisted of several large tonnage VRF systems feeding all the apartment units. Two (2) new Energy Recovery Units were utilized to provide make-up air to the apartments and the common space areas. All newly installed bathroom exhaust was ducted back to the new recovery units in order to provide building efficiency and reduce operational costs. H&W Mechanical installed all new ductwork, insulation, balancing and automated controls for a fully operational system.
